Vertex Student Apartments in Tempe, Arizona, just walking distance from ASU, brings a luxury living experience to students and the space they need to be themselves. The complex aquired new ownership in 2021 and they wanted to bring life and recognition to the building, as well as new lease applications for the upcoming semester.

 

A large set of window graphics were created for Vertex that highlighted the beauty of Arizona, college life, and brought some much needed branding to the building. Empty, expansive window space was filled with welcoming and exciting imagry. Detailed mockups of the designs were sent to Vertex, were quickly approved, then printed and installed through local print vendors getting them the results they needed quickly. Vertex immediately saw an increase in applications, rapidly securing qualified leases for the upcoming year.
